Trying some different backgrounds for Victrix but I just can't seem to find the right balance - getting frustrated! The lighter backgrounds seem to show her colour more correctly, she isn't as bright a bay as she appears in the blue/black background photos.
Is it possible to stand her further away from the neutral/grey sorta stripey backdrop? That one looks like it shows her details the best to me, and if you could get her away from the back to blur it a little, it would cease to be distracting. If you can find some neutralish/pastelly blue-grey that might work really well too. Good luck!

ReplyDeleteYes I agree the details look best on that background but I do find the pattern distracting. I don't have the option to move her away from the background further. I'm going to try playing with the aperture settings today see how that works out :) Thanks for you help!
